BASILDON YOUTH BOWLING CLUB

Any young players who would like help in improving their game or would like to be taught how to bowl can always come along to our Youth Bowling Club which meets at Basildon Bowling Centre every Saturday morning. This is a club for 7-18 year olds and is open to all levels of bowlers, even those who are complete beginners.

The sessions run from 10.00am to 12.30pm most Saturday mornings throughout the year and each session costs just £6.00. Any new members who continue to attend for 20 consecutive weeks without missing a session will be given their very own new bowling ball.

We have qualified coaches who can help with instruction whatever standard of bowling you have reached.

There is a league for members to compete in each week and trophies are awarded to the league table winners at the end of every season. A 'Bowler of the Month' certificate is also awarded to the person who has improved their game the most during the previous month.

During the year, we also have fun 'in house' competitions as well as competing against other YBC's around the country in youth tournaments for those wishing to take part.
